IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: By opening the sealed software package, or downloading, or installing, or using this product, You indicates your acceptance of the following QuickIM License Agreement. This is a legal agreement between you (The Evaluator) and Hermes Technologies SARL (HermesTech). The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. QuickIM free evaluation version - This license permits The Evaluator to use the Software provided that The Evaluator: (a) Prohibit causing or permitting the reverse engineering, disassembly or decompilation of the Products, except as expressly permitted by applicable law. (b) Do not use this software for commercial purposes. (c) Distribution of this demo software is granted to anyone provided that all the original files remain intact in the new distribution. 2. COPYRIGHT The SOFTWARE (including any images, photographs and text incorporated into the SOFTWARE) is owned by Hermestech or its suppliers and is protected by France and other countries copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore the Evaluator must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material and not reproduce it. 3. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. In no event shall HermesTech or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this HermesTech product, even if HermesTech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.NO OTHER WARRANTIES.
